Fletcher is a twenty-four year old biology major. Due to his own dreams and inability to pay for college, he first joined the Navy, having enlisted at the age of seventeen. In the Navy, his rating was an Aviation Rescue Swimmer, where he discovered that he liked helping others. This led Fletcher to his current career goal of Emergency Medicine. So, overall, Fletcher comes across as a huge asshole. Once someone gets to know him, they might realize there's more to his personality than that. But I'm thinking Fletcher would end up having a few friends, but he definitely wouldn't be winning any popularity contests. Ideal friends would be those who can put up with his arrogance, since he's not gonna change for anyone.

With enemies, Fletcher's pretty much fair game. Not many people are going to be in love with his personality, and he gets that. Likewise, he's got high standards for people that not many meet. The trust issues he has would also get in the way of friends and lead to his enemy count being pretty high.

Fletcher does not do relationships. Any lovers he has are likely to be friends with benefits or one-night stands, as he's not opposed to those. Getting into a relationship with him would take time, if it ever happened. But Fletcher is of the opinion that he's likely to grow old and alone, and he's okay with that. So not having a girlfriend would not bother him.

- Hm. Let's see - normally Lila doesn't really associate with assholes, but she'd probably be interested in why he's a freshman at twenty-four. I don't know how Fletcher will take Lila; she's pretty friendly and welcoming but probably not that interesting overall. Still, I think Lila would be able to get over his arrogance and become decent friends with him. She'd probably spend a lot of her time rolling her eyes at him.

I could see Fletcher getting along with her personality. Although initially he'd probably try to sleep with her. He wouldn't press on that though, since Fletcher doesn't take someone saying no as a challenge. So long as she doesn't think he's creepy or anything after the initial meeting, they could definitely end up being friends.

- Oh my god, I literally burst out laughing. I don't know why I found it funny. I imagine Lila would probably be shocked then amused by him trying to sleep with her as well. I don't think she'd think he's overly creepy, just amused like I said. So friends! :D

Haha, yeah, he's pretty blunt so he'd just put it out there. Rejection wouldn't be an issue for him, due to the extremely high level of confidence. Like, at first he'd be a little hurt, but definitely wouldn't show it. Getting over it wouldn't take him very long either, and he's better with friendships as opposed to relationship-type things. He'd just assume everything worked out for the best.

i'm thinking these two could have a strong dislike or even hate going on. enemies, for sure. pat is pretty immature, and fletcher seems like the type of guy who wouldn't tolerate that from a 22 year old. and patrick would probably stereotype fletcher in the "asshole" category. i'm sure we could come up with something more creative for this as well.

like fletcher, persephone is kind of an asshole. she is just getting over a breakup and looking for any excuse to help herself move on. perhaps fletcher could be the first guy she attempts to sleep with after her breakup?
